Availability and Ordering
Where do you ship?
We ship to all addresses in the United States of America. We don't yet have a presence in the international market, but continue to work hard to offer options for purchase! Subscribe to our emails and stay in the loop for new releases and international availability.
Where can I find coupons?
You'll get a coupon just for subscribing to our emails! We also announce our deals and coupons on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
Be sure to sign up and stay in the loop. We'll let you know about new drops, and during our annual sale, you'll get VIP access to first-pick discounts!
When are items restocked?
If you find an item on our website and the item is unavailable or out of stock, this may be due to a variety of reasons. Check back for details on restock or review the item's listing for specific details. When a design has been discontinued, it will be removed. You are welcome to reach out to us for an ETA on availability.
Custom Orders and Projects
Can I order a custom design?
Of course! We're happy to consider custom bulk orders of engraved or personalized products for groups or events. Please email us at email@example.com, call us at 704-751-1399, or click the chat icon in the lower-right corner of any page on our website.
Do you engrave logos or trademark designs?
We often receive requests for use of logos or trademarked designs. To ensure our use is authorized, additional forms will be required and must be completed before design work may begin. For corporations, your legal and marketing departments will provide the greatest resource. For non-profits, this will typically be supplied by the regional or higher office.
Orders placed which include this requirement will not begin production until the required forms have been returned. Authorization indicates your requested use has been approved by the trademark holder. We strongly suggest beginning this conversation prior to initiating your order.
Orders will be held for up to 20 days while authorization forms are pending. If the required forms are not received or are incomplete, your order will be cancelled.
Will you engrave my order on Facebook or TikTok live?
We love seeing our customers on live! You'll usually catch us packing and engraving orders from our shop, however, we are unable to guarantee that your order will be packed while we are streaming.
Live orders are completed on the platform where the order occurred. For example, TikTok Shop orders will only be packed on TikTok Live. Please check our live schedule for more information.
Delivery and Order Issues
How can I track my order?
Click the chat icon in the lower right corner of any page on your desktop or mobile device. Select "track my order", then enter your order information. You'll receive the most up-to-date information about your order.
From Your Account
You can track your order by logging into your account. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page on your desktop, or tap the menu in the upper left corner on mobile your mobile device, then tap login. Enter your email address and then continue your login. You'll be taken to your orders once you've logged in. Click or tap the order to view details and tracking information.
My tracking shows delivered, but it's not here.
If your order is shown as delivered by our deliver partner, but the item has not been received, please wait to reach out to us until the following business day. While rare, orders may be inadvertently marked as delivered and may still be on the way.
If your item has still not arrive, we'll work with the delivery service and you to ensure your order is addressed quickly. Head to our Contact Us page for ways to get in touch.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible if your order was damaged upon receipt. You'll need to take a few photos of the box and contents. We'll work with the delivery service and you to ensure your order is addressed quickly. Head to our Contact Us page for ways to get in touch.
What is your refund policy?
Custom engraved and personalized items are ineligible for return, but we are happy to address any quality issues. Please review each item's details for additional information about eligibility for return. Review the full Refund Policy for additional information.

Are Bee Etch items available in stores?
You can find some of our top sellers at shops in North Carolina and the surrounding areas. In some cases, these items are sold under an alternate brand name. You can see our current partners shops on the Elements Engraving page.
